Last week, my schoolmate, Mak Midah order chocolate heaven cake for makan2.. Balas dendam after berpantang i think..huhuhu.. Pilih punya pilih, she decided to try this one.. this cake is just the same with chocolate moist cake, the different is just the topping deco..the price also just same as chocolate moist cake.. (: just this time i used red choc to replace white choc for the topping,but the taste is still the same.. she give a good respond once she tried this and sayang to finish it..hehe
cake details:
~ chocolate moist inside
~layered with choc ganache
~side part sprinkle with chocolate rice
~topping layered with choc ganache, sprinkle with sugar icing & shredded chocolate
