Salam & hi...

Last week, my schoolmate, Mak Midah order chocolate heaven cake for makan2.. Balas dendam after berpantang i think..huhuhu.. Pilih punya pilih, she decided to try this one.. this cake is just the same with chocolate moist cake, the different is just the topping deco..the price also just same as chocolate moist cake.. (: just this time i used red choc to replace white choc for the topping,but the taste is still the same..

 she give a good respond once she tried this and sayang to finish it..hehe

cake details:

~ chocolate moist inside

~layered with choc ganache

~side part sprinkle with chocolate rice

~topping layered with choc ganache, sprinkle with sugar icing & shredded chocolate

hari minggu yg lepas I was toO buzy but i had a really gud weekend coz dpt siapkn order dgn hati yg gembira.. ^_^ huhu... but

This is 2nd order from MMU student named Farah & she requested to have a lolipop theme & i just imagine how sweet if add up with some accessories to make it more like a BIG colourful lolipop..

The cake inside is 2kg chocolate moist cake..i guess they fall in love with the choc moist cake coz previous ordered they had a same cake too. (:

Anyway, thx to Farah for the order..

salam to all...last few weeks i got a msg dropped in my fb inbox requesting for  fancy cakes for kids birthday..mm..i was wondering about greeny garden with few simple cute figurines.. berangan punya berangan, i made a few new chracter,huhu.. than, about a week b4 reaching the date, i got a call to make the cakes look more colourful.. so i decide to chnge the colour just at the side part to have some girly colours..by choosing burgundy+white,peach and blue as the contrast..  
The wording fondant is not big as the 'cute ngagemnt cake'(reference cake) coz the shape is round differ from the ngagement which is sphere..i have a lil bit worries if the fondant jatuh if buat fondant tu besar as the reference cakes coz customer need to travel about 40 minutes more b4 reaching home,biasa lah travelkan goyang2 dlm kete..huhu.. 
Finally, after 3days petang ke mlm mnyiapkan the cute figurines & the small2 rosette, not just for the cakes, but also ada lg 50 pcs cupcakes..25pcs garden & others are rosette....so inilah hasilnya.. ^_^

this was  on the spot order...tgh lepak2 dpn lptop, then dpt call request for elmo theme utk birthday utk besok(6jan)..sbb pnh nmpk elmo kek ne, so i just say yes je la..lg pun ade free time.huhuhu...this is my 1st time deco theme cake used 100% buttercream..biasenye klo theme cake ne gune edible je yg senng..huhu...

awal bulan disember hari tu, 1 of my friend awl2 dh booked minta buatkn engagement cake untuk dia...huhu..dia minat salah satu collection cupcake sy & request if the design blh apply @ x pd cake...i try my best to fulfill permintaan dia...dan Alhamdulillah,menjadi juga keknye..huhu..she request tukarkan warnanye...
